OPINION BY KLEIN, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from an order denying Kurt M. Danysh's petition to stop deducting 20% of all income to his inmate account. Because the court of common pleas lacked subject matter jurisdiction, we vacate its order.

¶ 2 On October 9, 1997, Danysh pled guilty to third-degree murder and robbery. He was subsequently sentenced to a total of 22 ½ to 60 years in prison and ordered...
