WHATLEY, Judge.

The Husband, Edward Quinones, appeals the final judgment of dissolution of his marriage to Maybell Pineiros Quinones. He argues that the trial court abused its discretion in imputing income to him, awarding the Wife permanent periodic alimony of $1000 a month, and allowing the Wife to testify telephonically at the final hearing.

The parties were married for twenty-four years, during which time the Wife, who does not have a high school diploma...
