TYSON, Judge.

Ivory Lamont Messick ("defendant") appeals from his jury conviction and sentence for the first-degree murder of Reginald Carr ("Carr"). We find no error.

I. Background

Carr died from gunshot wounds to his head and neck. His body was discovered, burned beyond recognition. On 17 November 2000, Carr rode with Chauncy Robinson and Will Pigford to the home of defendant's uncle. Carr walked with Robinson into the yard next to defendant...
