HCA Health Services of Florida, Inc., d/b/a Blake Medical Center (Blake Medical), petitions for a writ of certiorari to quash a discovery order. By prior unpublished order, this court granted the petition and indicated that an opinion would follow. We now write to explain our reasoning. We conclude that the trial court departed from the essential requirements of law by ordering production of the time sheets and billing records of Blake Medical's attorney...
