After a jury trial, Timothy Lovelace was convicted of burglary. Lovelace contends that the trial court erred in (i) not allowing him to represent himself; (ii) admitting hearsay; (iii) removing him from the courtroom during trial; (iv) failing to recharge the jury concerning his right not to testify; and (v) requiring him to wear a "stun belt" during trial.
