DAVID B. GAULTNEY, Justice.

A jury convicted Tony Guidry of the state jail felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information. TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 32.51 (Vernon 2003). The trial court assessed punishment at confinement in a state jail facility for a term of two years.
