Bernard J. Morello purchased real estate from the Land Reutilization Commission of the County of Douglas, Nebraska (LRC). Subsequently, the City of Omaha (City) condemned the property purchased by Morello, and it was ultimately determined that Douglas County (County) owned the property in question, not Morello.
