Darrell Kimbrell d/b/a Kimbrell Builders (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "the company") appeals from the trial court's judgment ordering it to pay workers' compensation benefits to Larry Lee White (hereinafter referred to as "the worker") for a back injury.
