Olga V. Chernova brings suit against Electronic Systems Services, Inc. ("ESS") for violations of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act ("PDA"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e(k).
