Federal National Payables, Inc. (FNP) sued Melton and Deborah Harrell (the Harrells), asserting claims under a guaranty agreement. The Harrells counterclaimed, alleging that FNP failed to honor its agreement to provide funding to a company formed by Mr. Harrell.
