In this medical malpractice suit, John H. Houghton2 appeals a judgment dismissing without prejudice his claims against Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Inc., d/b/a Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center (OLOL) on the basis of an exception raising the objection of prematurity. We affirm.
