ELLINGTON, J.

Prosecutorial misconduct may require dismissal of all charges where it results in prejudice to the right to a fair trial. Here, the State failed to disclose a promise of leniency made to its key witness. Jerome Soh learned of the promise before trial, however, and fails to show that the State's misconduct prejudiced his right to a fair trial. We therefore affirm Soh's convictions. We address other issues in the unpublished part of this opinion.
