The parties, parents of four children, entered into a separation agreement in April 1994 which was incorporated, but not merged, into a judgment of divorce in March 1999. At the time of their separation, the oldest child was emancipated and the remaining three children, born in 1975, 1978 and 1982, lived with petitioner. The separation agreement provided that respondent would pay child support of $1,430 per month until the youngest child reached 21 years...
