Plaintiffs in this adversary action ("the Whitehall entities") seek to recover the sum of $5,095,701.20 which debtor Zamias Services, Inc. ("ZSI") withdrew at the direction of debtor Damian Zamias ("DZ") from various bank accounts under its control plus interest on this amount.
