Appellant Haywood Miller appeals from a jury verdict that sentenced him as a habitual offender to thirty-five years' imprisonment for the offenses of aggravated robbery and theft of property. Appellant's sole point for reversal is that the trial court abused its discretion in declining to grant his request to peremptorily strike juror Judious Lewis based upon the fact that it was discovered mid-trial that Lewis knew the victim's family.
