On October 22, 1999, Voncelle Anthony ["Anthony"] brought this personal injury action for herself and on behalf of her nine-year old son Kamari Lewis ["Lewis"] [collectively "plaintiffs"] against Richard Abbott and Mazda Motor of America, Inc. doing business as Mazda North America Operations ["MNAO"] to recover for injuries arising from a collision on St. John on May 21, 1997 with a vehicle driven by Mr. Abbott....
