Appellant Gary A. Williamson, the plaintiff in an underlying slip and fall case, filed a separate action against appellee Lewis Harden, who had testified as a witness in the trial of the slip and fall case. Dr. Williamson alleged below that Mr. Harden had lied on the stand, and in so doing had committed abuse of process and the tort of outrage against Dr. Williamson.
