Claimant, a foundry molder, injured his shoulder and lower back at work on May 25, 1989. He filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits. Following a hearing, a Workers' Compensation Law Judge (hereinafter WCLJ) found that accident, notice and causal relationship were established for injury to claimant's lower back and left shoulder, and awarded him workers' compensation benefits.
