In two issues, Truck Insurance Exchange (TIE) contends the trial court's judgment in this workers' compensation case must be reversed because (1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's findings that Roman Smetak suffered a compensable injury in the course and scope of his employment, the injury extended to cellulitis and osteomyelitis, and Smetak was disabled due to the injury...
