This is an appeal from an order finding that the notice of tax sale provided to the appellant fulfills constitutional due process requirements and denying the appellant's request that the procedures be held unconstitutional. We hold that Ark.Code Ann. § 26-37-301 (Repl.1997), fulfills constitutional due process requirements and provides sufficient notice to nonresident landowners prior to their property being sold.
