Appellant, Ewell Cochran, was convicted of three counts of first-degree burglary, one count of second-degree burglary, and ten counts of third-degree burglary. He was sentenced to a total of fifty years' imprisonment and appeals to this Court as a matter of right. Ky. Const. § 110(2)(b). On appeal, he argues that his conviction for second-degree burglary must be reversed because the house of a recently deceased owner...
