Presently before this Court is Barrington Elijah Murray's petition for writ of habeas corpus to review his final order of removal from the United States pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(iii) and 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(B)(I). For the reasons set forth below, I will deny the petition.
