Plaintiffs, Larry H. Miller Corporation-Denver and Universal Underwriters Insurance Company, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their negligence claim against defendant, the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County, Colorado. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
