Appellant Tony W. Redman appeals from the August 3, 2001, order of the Circuit Court of Putnam County denying his motion for a reduction of sentence. In support of this appeal, Appellant argues that the ruling is deficient for failure to include findings of fact and conclusions of law. In addition, Appellant contends that the lower court failed to properly consider the issue of rehabilitation and that the court erred in calculating the length of his sentence...
