Pending before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, Honeywell International, Inc. ("Honeywell").1 Plaintiff, Barbara Jones ("Jones"), filed suit against Honeywell under several state theories of recovery for what she essentially claims to be a wrongful termination. Honeywell seeks to have some or all of Jones's claims disposed with in summary fashion....
