Petitioner appeals from a judgment dismissing a writ of habeas corpus. ORS 34.310—34.730. The principal issue is whether petitioner was entitled to be discharged from parole in 1993 and, therefore, is being held unlawfully in custody. We review for errors of law, Bedell v. Schiedler, 307 Or. 562, 564, 770 P.2d 909 (1989), and affirm.
