DUGGAN, J.

The defendant, Cory MacElman, appeals his conviction in the Lebanon District Court (Cirone, J.) for possession of controlled drugs, RSA 318-B:2 (Supp. 2002). He argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress based upon the exigent circumstances exception to the warrant requirement. We affirm.
