Plaintiff Jacqueline Dalton filed a negligence action against Andruw Jones, a major league baseball player, and the Atlanta National League Baseball Club, Inc. (Atlanta Braves) seeking to recover for injuries she allegedly sustained when she was struck by an errant baseball.
