Following a jury trial, the defendant, Andrew Tucker, was convicted of conspiracy to sell heroin in an amount greater than five grams. See RSA 318-B:2 (1995) (amended 2000); RSA 318-B:26, I(a)(3) (Supp. 2002); RSA 629:3 (Supp. 2002). On appeal, he contends that the Trial Court (Burling, J.) erred in admitting evidence concerning the weight of the alleged drugs. We affirm.
