Amy Jean Barrett appeals her conviction, following a jury trial, for two counts of felony child abuse, in violation of Code § 18.2-371.1(A) and 18.2-371.1(B).1 Barrett contends the trial court erred in refusing to quash the indictment stating the charge under Code § 18.2-371.1(B).
