OPINION

DUGGAN, District Judge.

This lawsuit arises from Plaintiff's purchase of a new 2003 Dynasty 42 Dutchess motor home ("the motor home") on May 17, 2002, from Defendant General R.V. Center, Inc. ("General RV"), a motor home dealer. Holiday Rambler, an unincorporated division of Defendant Monaco Coach Corporation ("Monaco") manufactured the motor home body and chassis. Defendant Cummins Company ("Cummins") manufactured the motor home engine.
