McMILLIN, C.J., for the court.

¶ 1. Tommie Lee Page was convicted of the crime of aggravated assault by an Oktibbeha County Circuit Court jury. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole as a habitual offender. Page has now appealed his conviction and resulting sentence, asserting that the evidence of his guilt was insufficient as a matter of law. We find this assertion of error to be without merit and we affirm.
