At the request of the State we review a Court of Appeals decision, 110 Wn.App. 750, 43 P.3d 73 (2002), which reversed Kirk Kindsvogel's conviction on a claimed violation of the speedy trial rule (CrR 3.3). We reverse the Court of Appeals and reinstate the conviction.
