Petitioner-Appellant Natalia Kharkhan seeks review of a Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") decision affirming the Immigration Court's denial of her applications for special rule cancellation of removal, asylum, and withholding of removal, and its resulting order of voluntary removal. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm the decision of the BIA.
