Appellant David Vallaroutto d/b/a Albertson's Liquor appeals the denial of an application to transfer an existing liquor permit to a new location. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board denied the application on the ground that the public convenience and advantage would not be served by the transfer. The Pulaski County Circuit Court affirmed the Board's decision, and this appeal followed. We affirm the Board, and our holding renders the Board...
