This is an appeal from an order denying a claim for attorney fees under the Consumer Protection Act, Idaho Code § 48-608. The claim was asserted when the appellants (Israels) brought suit over certain structural and water problems that arose with respect to a manufactured home the Israels had purchased from the Leachmans.
