Claimant, a receptionist at an investment bank, was informed at the beginning of November 2001 that her job would be ending at the end of the month. On November 29, 2001, a representative from the investment bank called claimant and offered to extend her job. Claimant declined the offer of employment because she wanted to work closer to home and was concerned about her health due to the air quality in the vicinity of the office resulting from the World Trade Center disaster...
