Pursuant to a negotiated plea, defendant agreed to plead guilty to the crime of assault in the second degree for which he would be sentenced as a second violent felony offender to a determinate prison term of five years (with three years of postrelease supervision) and that he would, in addition, plead guilty to the crime of criminal mischief in the third degree for which he would be sentenced to a concurrent indeterminate prison term of 1½ to 3...
