¶ 1. Roger L. Hentz has appealed the denial of his petition for post-conviction collateral relief by the Panola County Circuit Court. On January 5, 1999, Hentz pled guilty to (1) a charge of conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, (2) a charge of manufacturing methamphetamine, and (3) a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced, as an habitual offender, to serve a term of ten years on the conspiracy charge...
