This appeal concerns a circuit court's award of attorney fees for a prior appeal in this dissolution of marriage action. After remand from an earlier appeal, Catherine Murphy—now known as Catherine Madonia (Catherine)—petitioned the circuit court to award her the attorney fees she had incurred in prosecuting that appeal.
