This case is before the Court on the Defendants', Du Pont Advance Fiber Systems and Du Pont Textile & Interiors, Inc. (collectively referred to as "Du Pont"), Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure [hereinafter "Rule"] 12(b)(6) and on Defendants' Rule 11 Motion for Sanctions.
