A jury found Gustavo Garza Castillo guilty of selling cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, and possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony. Castillo appeals, asserting that the court erred in failing to grant a directed verdict as to trafficking, in charging the jury, and in expressing its opinion on the evidence.
