The Alabama Department of Transportation ("ALDOT") appeals the Montgomery Circuit Court's issuance of a writ of mandamus ordering the appointment of a hearing officer to hear a formal grievance filed against ALDOT by Phillip Earl Price, an ALDOT employee.
