Plaintiff Dennis Atchison appeals as of right from the trial court's order denying his petition for change of custody. We affirm.

The parties were married in June 1985, and resided in Michigan. A daughter was born in 1988, and a son was born in 1992. In 1994, defendant Teresa L. Atchison moved with the two children to Toronto to care for her terminally ill father. After her father's death, defendant and the children continued to live in Ontario...
