C & M Bonding, Inc. appeals the circuit court's denial of its motion to set aside a $10,000 bond forfeiture judgment. The surety alleges the judgment was improper because notice of the forfeiture hearing was sent only to its local agent, who did not have actual or apparent authority to appear on behalf of C & M Bonding.
