WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

The Minnesota School Boards Association Insurance Trust (the Trust) appeals the district court's1 denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law following an adverse jury verdict on its breach of contract claim against Employers Insurance of Wausau (Wausau). The Trust also contends that the district court improperly instructed the jury. We affirm.
