Debtor Cheryl Muse has brought a motion to dismiss the above adversary action brought by plaintiff Richard Muse, her former husband, wherein he objects pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code to the discharge of a debt allegedly owed to him by debtor.
