OPINION

EVA M. GUZMAN, Justice.

Appellant, Keeper Ray Hudson, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony. The charge was enhanced with two prior felonies, both for aggravated assault. Appellant entered a plea of not guilty to the offense and "true" to the enhancement allegations. The jury found appellant guilty as charged, made an affirmative finding of a deadly weapon, and found both enhancement paragraphs true. Punishment was assessed...
