Appellant Michael D. Wood and appellee Judy L. Wood entered into a settlement agreement as part of their 1993 divorce. As part of the agreement, Michael was obligated to pay one-half the educational expenses of their children's post high school education. Judy alleges that Michael failed to pay for some of his obligation under this agreement. Judy applied to the district court for a modification of the decree and for a judgment enforcing the settlement...
