{¶ 1} This appeal and cross-appeal involve an "advertising injury" insurancecoverage dispute between O.K.L. Can Line ("OKL") and its insurer, Westfield Companies. The parties have had an ongoing dispute for more than three years, the legal entanglements of which are difficult to fathom. But the real issues are whether a dispute between OKL and Alcoa was covered by OKL's insurance policy...
